"Wow! Best airport hotel. They have check in nailed to a science and dining options 24 hours plus the free shuttle. Perfect! Loved the hollywood decor"

"We appreciated our upgrade to a junior suite. Our view of the castle on the hill inspired us to go there. A member of the front desk staff directed us to the most convenient way to reach that destination. We also enjoyed the Roof Top bar, and had three lunches there."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my EarPods on the bed. I emailed the hotel, and they responded quickly, confirming they had found them. A few days later, I was able to pick them up with no trouble at all. I really appreciated their prompt communication and helpfulness—it gave me peace of mind and showed great service."
