The accommodations were excellent. However,the area this property is in leaves a lot to be desired. It was noisy,dirty and we didn’t feel very safe outside on the street.

We were not impressed. The area was so bad and unsafe at night. We had a break in late night and was so loud, we didn’t sleep.

Misleading pictures and description

Apartment was hard to get access to. The neighborhood was smelly. Needed to make a call to checkin. There were roaches in the apartment and it smelled bad inside. Peeling paint in the bathroom.

Do NOT stay here! We arrived on time and checked into our room to see it was not cleaned from the previous guests...we called the management and they said come back an hour later so we did and it still wasn't clean. Also the area did not look as safe as the rest of Lisbon and check-in is very confusing.

The internet speed was excellent. The area was very unsafe and felt like I was in Bangladesh or India, Men were in groups on the street till early am making lots of noise. Police vans came with sirens outside more than once. Hepatitis testing site and free food place on same street. In the morning beer bottles were everywhere on the street. The second bedroom could barely fit a small twin bed, drapes did not fully cover windows in other bedroom, carpet in main area has large burn hole. Glad only spent one night at this dump. Expedia should be ashamed of representing this place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION. We were not provided with an entry code despite multiple attempts and through Expedia app who advised to contact directly on a number provided. The individual on the number provided was non responsive. You know it’s a bad place when your Uber driver is familiar with it and tells you “it’s very, very bad”.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona complicada, mucho drogadicto, la zona se siente bastante insegura, sobre todo para mujeres, se concentran en las calles demasiados hombres sin hacer nada solo pareciera que acechan al turismo. Zona sucia, llena de botes de basura. Muchísimo ruido, todo el día, incluso por la madrugada, gritos. La propiedad se ve descuidada, muebles sucios, el sillón de la sala se notaba con manchas de suciedad, las cabeceras de las camas se notaban con mugre, sábanas sucias. El baño sucio y manchado. Un olor peculiar en el lugar desagradable y era notorio que intentaron cubrirlo con demasiado aromatizante, que en vez de ayudar revolvía los olores. La lavadora estaba sucia, llena de cabellos. El agua de cortesía olía que tenía días, y era notorio que había sido rellenada con agua de la llave. La llegada al lugar fue complicada también, ya que es una recepción digital, no hay flexibilidad en la llegada y no hay forma de hablar con nadie, el guarda equipaje cuesta 2 euros y nadie te avisa. La caja fuerte no se pudo usar, ya que se encontraba cerrada, intenté comunicarme a los teléfonos asignados y nadie contestó.

Goed voor citytrip

Leuk appartementje. We zaten op de benedenverdieping waardoor we niet echt naar buiten konden kijken omdat de ramen vrij hoog zitten. De douche was super. De buurt is wel een beetje in verval, met heel wat leegstand. Het oude stadscentrum ligt op wandelafstand en de metro is ook vlakbij.

No geral o apartamento é bom, mas a rua é muito barulhenta (ao menos para nós que ficamos no piso térreo), além disso, o limitador do tempo de banho é algo estranho para nós brasileiros. Mas a equipe de staff é algo a se elogiar.

La struttura è in buone condizioni, pulita e completa di tutti gli accessori, compreso lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Il limite e' dato dal tavolo troppo piccolo e da pochissimi piani di appoggio, ad esempio i due comodini erano sostituiti da due sgabelli. La ragazza addetta alla struttura è stata sempre gentile e disponibile.

Nao gostei do local. O entorno do apartment é sujo e com frequentadores duvidosos. Nao irei recomendar para ninguem. Alem disso, quase todos os dias havia uma barata no meu quarto. Realmente nao recomendaria por esses fatos.
