Excellent serviced appartment

Location is great and safe, nearby metro station. 24 hrs help desk service is excellent. The managememt office can privide print and temporary storage facilities.

The property was close to the core area which was nice but the communication with the serviced apartments was brutal. The sign is a digital kiosk and we had one apartment in one building and another across the street. There were signs all around showing charges if dishes were left 50€ etc. didn’t feel clean either. Would not recommend.

This is definitely the best place to stay at. We had everything we needed. The washer dryer combo was great. We moved it. I would stay there again. I honestly just want to say there communication is garbage. We didn't get the code to get into the building like they said we would and I ran into probly 5 more scenarios like that that people couldn't get into the building because they didn't get the code up front. After that check-in is really easy there is a box office basically that you put in your information and it gives you a code to your room that part was super easy. Reaching out to the owner of this is not possible I did it through Expedia itself didn't work. I tried via email It didn't work. I tried the number that they recommend you calling from Expedia and the property itself no answer from the number. So communication why is this place sucks. Staying in their place is great once you're in everything is amazing recommend the rooms.

This was a spacious two bedroom flat which was suitable for us, the kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and tidy. There was not much noise and the entrance felt secure. After reading the reviews I phoned the company the morning of our arrival to get the check in details. They said most of the emails end up in the junk folder. The bathroom was quite small and a bit tired looking. It wouldn’t be great for 6 people staying. It was a convenient location and only took 10 minutes to walk to Rossio square, 5 minutes to Aldi and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It’s basic and simple, but clean and convenient.

Unfortunately it is incredibly difficult to contact someone if you’re having issues at off peak hours. My unit lost electricity shortly after midnight, it wasn’t resolved until nearly 12 hours. I tried all the steps they provided to contact someone and nobody answered until 11am. Better communication would have helped

Pontos cruciais a melhorar

Ótima localização, porém precisam melhorar dois pontos que são cruciais: 1. Limpeza: Os lençóis tinham ácaros, o que pra mim que tenho alergia foi um pesado pra dormir. Só foi resolvido quando pedir pra fazer uma higienização completa e trocar tudo. 2. Banheiro: Piso extremamente gelado, manchado, box pequeno que não fecha direito o que faz com que o banheiro fique todo molhando após o banho. Por ser um hotel que não é barato, acredito ser crucial resolver esses pontos citados.
