房間很乾淨，每天都有人打掃。但因為是公寓所以當有需要幫忙的時候無法即時有人幫你！也無法提前寄放行李或是離開後寄放行李。隔音也很差。但價錢很便宜！

Excellent serviced appartment

Location is great and safe, nearby metro station. 24 hrs help desk service is excellent. The managememt office can privide print and temporary storage facilities.

The property was close to the core area which was nice but the communication with the serviced apartments was brutal. The sign is a digital kiosk and we had one apartment in one building and another across the street. There were signs all around showing charges if dishes were left 50€ etc. didn’t feel clean either. Would not recommend.

Great property, is very accessible. Make sure to check your emails to get the access codes for your entrance into the facility. There is no front desk.

Good location and quiet/clean place

Well-located Appartments, walking distance to the main attraction sites. There is also a near-by metro station and grocery stores. I did not receive the instructions for the self check-in but we got immediate assistance when using the phone at the entrance of the building.

Everything was excellent, very central to all the tourist areas, very good cleaning service, close to well-known brand stores. I had a wonderful experience in Lisbon, Portugal.

Check in was once you arrive and buzz the door and complete a check in at the self service kiosk. Had to call to clarify this, as the booking confirmation said they wouod send a code before arriving at the property. Very clean and well maintained.

Sehr zentral aber doch ruhig gelegen. Mann kam gut zu Fuß ins Zentrum, hat Bus und U-Bahn vor der Türe. Check-in sehr einfach, Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

This is definitely the best place to stay at. We had everything we needed. The washer dryer combo was great. We moved it. I would stay there again. I honestly just want to say there communication is garbage. We didn't get the code to get into the building like they said we would and I ran into probly 5 more scenarios like that that people couldn't get into the building because they didn't get the code up front. After that check-in is really easy there is a box office basically that you put in your information and it gives you a code to your room that part was super easy. Reaching out to the owner of this is not possible I did it through Expedia itself didn't work. I tried via email It didn't work. I tried the number that they recommend you calling from Expedia and the property itself no answer from the number. So communication why is this place sucks. Staying in their place is great once you're in everything is amazing recommend the rooms.
