街中にある落ち着いたLEDの空間、一度は止まってみよ！

ホテルの名前の通り、アパートをホテル化して、４組止まれますが、広々とした空間に必要最小限なものしかおいておらず、現代の喧騒とした世界とは隔離された、落ち着いた空間です。しかし、スイッチ１つで、そこは、ＬＥＤライトがひかる異色の空間にも変わります。。。　普通のホテルに逢いきている人には、もってこいのホテルです。

Hostel neighborhood?

This is a small 4 rooms guesthouse on the 1st floor. Location is quite good if it wasn't for the flock of youngsters spending their nights just in front of the rooms windows, making almost impossible to sleep at night. The area looks very dirty and smelly. The rooms is big. The carpet on the floor gives a sensation of dirty. No minibar in the room. No hairdryer. No cleaning of the room for 3 days. Positive thing is the air conditioning but quite noisy. Good value for money if you're willing to compromise on the above. Otherwise would not recommend.

Dit is een beetje een ander concept. Alles is self-service. Maak goede afspraken voor je komst om te zorgen dat iemand je kan binnen laten en je eea kan uitleggen. De kamers zijn modern ingericht. En de locatie is perfect. Kamer 2 en 3 zijn minder lawaaierig.

O hotel e a zona são barulhentos. A entrada faz-se com código. Não há estacionamento. Não recomendaria em trabalho.

DO NOT BOOK THIS - Horrible experience!

This is not a hotel, but a guest house. There are 4 rooms in a residential building who are not managed by anyone - no service at all. They forgot to give me the key of the residential building and just provided me with the code to enter my room. Then I was left out in the street at 2AM in the morning with nowhere to go... As there is nobody working inside the guest house (no host) after 11PM, no one answered the bell, the calls on their phone or even the emails. GO AWAY!

The King bed was great and the linen very nice but other than that, nothing exceptional and not particularly good value for the money. The shower head was broken, hot water lasted for a few minutes then went lukewarm, there's only one dim light in the bathroom and the shower was very dark, lots of street noise, confusing locks, etc.

Himmelfahrt in Lissabon

Das Motto am Hotel "Live like a local" trifft es sehr gut. Ein kleines Hotel mit nur vier individuell gestalteten Zimmern, liebevoll einerichtet und geräumig, wenn auch hier und da etwas improvisiert. Eine große Wohnung, umgestaltet in ein kleines Apartment-Hotel. Die Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Kleinere Mankos wie ein undichterr Brauseschlauch entsprechen zwar nicht den vier Sternen, beeinträchtigen aber nicht den charmanten Gesamteindruck. Die Lage super. Das Viertel Bairro Alto ist wunderschön, schmale Gassen, alte Häuser. Nur 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt eine grandiose Aussichtsterrasse mit Buden einheimischer Kost. Lissabon liegt Ihnen zu Füßen. Im Viertel gibt es eine Fülle guter Restaurants und Kneipen, sowie origineller Läden. Nachteile: Die Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt. Zwar verständlich bei nur vier Zimmern, aber feste Zeiten, an denen sich der Besucher orientieren kann, wären hilfreich. So war auch niemand beim Auschecken anwesend, obwohl wir die Abfahrtszeit genannt hatten und jemand vor Ort sein wollte. Und: Das Viertel ist wegen der vielen Lokale nichts für Geräuschempfindliche. Durch die schmalen Gassen hallt es ein wenig, was lautes Sprechen noch verstärkt. Aber allein die Fahrt mit der steilen Straßenbahn hinauf zur Terrasse und zum Hotel ist schon die Reise wert. Tip: Gleich am Flughafen eine aufladbare Tageskarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel für € 6 kaufen. Damit kann man für 24 Stunden fast alles benutzen. Alles in allem also 4 Sterne.

Gute Lage wenn man feiern will. Das Design ist "besonders" aber in die jahre gekommen. Kein Service vorhanden und sauber war es auch nicht.

Séjour de 5 nuits dans ce petit hôtel (4 chambres) du Bairro Alto. déco design, chambre très spacieuse, idem salle de bains. la literie est d'excellente qualité. wi-fi gratuit. facile d'accès, excellent point de départ pour partir découvrir Lisbonne à pied. personnel agréable et disponible. pas de petit-déjeuner sur place. au coeur du quartier animé du Bairro Alto. une très bonne adresse

E 'stata una vacanza fantastica, Lisbona e' bellissima , una città piena di sturia e di fascino,e Hause 4 e' vicinissima alla zona dei locali per cenare e sentire musica, 3 minuti a piedi, ma in una stradina privata tranquilla , ho dormito in un silenzio totale e in un confort notevole. Dit is een prettig hotel, helaas zonder ontbijtmogelijkheden. De bel bij de voordeur blijkt niet goed te functioneren, maar er wordt onmiddellijk gereageerd op een telefoontje. de staf is wel aanwezig.

Very disappointed.

I have travelled to Lisbon often and have stayed in many different parts. The hotel name implies a central location, however, this is not the case. You are very high up and on the opposite side of town. I stayed in Room 1. This hotel is absolutely not 4*. I could see there were mixed reviews on this hotel. I made the unfortunate mistake of believing the image that the hotel website had created. The room was freezing. We had to ask for additional heating. The bathroom has no heater at all, and makes the towels feel constantly damp. Selecting a ‘city view’ room essentially means looking directly at a concrete building. The staff were very polite and did the best they could, however, major attention is needed to make this hotel worth paying for. I couldn’t wait to get home to somewhere clean and warm. I never write reviews. But I had booked this as a surprise for NYE and was left feeling very embarrassed. I have stayed in actual 4* hotels in Lisbon which have been more central, cleaner, warmer and cheaper!
