Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Chiado. Amazing staff who went out their way to ensure we felt welcome and enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the hotel breakfasts and drinks on the roof top. The room was very comfortable; and the place clean overall. Recommend

Reserve a patio room on the 7th floor - the room is very comfortable and you will not be disappointed with the view and being able to sit out in the morning or after a late dinner enjoying the views of the river and castle.

We loved the location, view from balcony, and the friendliness of all the staff. Our room was ready a little early which is wonderful after a red eye. They had our bags waiting for us in our room as soon as we arrived back from lunch and sent us a message to let us know the room was ready.

We stayed at the Hotel do Chiado 6 July - 11 July. Absolutely recommend Hotel do Chiado! The staff was uber attentive. Jonelba (sp) at the front desk warmly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel facilities. If you can, get a room with a terrace view.

In the heart of Chiado/Baixa neighborhoods. Not a shortage of shopping and dining options and the staff at the hotel were all very kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again here if I go back to Lisboa!
