Very good stay

We came back to Lisbon after visiting Tomar and Porto. We decided to stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly and it was clean. The room was fairly spacious.

To be honest with my four star hotel experience, this one is not on that standard starting from staff uniform & professionalism, service, breakfast…etc. one of the best thing about this hotel is very, very clean room. This hotel could be a very good three star hotel. Not a four star hotel.

Good location for a short stay in Lisbon. Public transport stop is a few meters from hotel and gets you to all the main tourist attractions. Staff courteous and helpful. On busy main road but you'll find it difficult to find anywhere not. Overall excellent value for money.

A good hotel

Very cosy hotel . Nice staff. Good breakfast. The hotel room was nice, bigger than usual with a little balcony. I didn t try the rooftop unfortunately.

Friendly hotel

Very friendly and helpful check-in. The breakfast was very good. The hotel feels small but modern. The bedroom was very bright with a large balcony. The only complaint is that the room didnt feel very clean - there was visible dust and hair on the floor.

Excellent stay at the property. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. My notes are just the lack of light but that's not enough to take a star off. Now, I removed a star from Staff just because of the cleaner that was shouting on her phone while cleaning the room opposite to mine. I could hear the whole conversation, and not only that, the housekeeping team shouts to each other asking if the other has XYZ... Very unconsidered of guests. Everyone at the desk was great specially Vasco who provided the expected great Portuguese hospitality service with a smile.
