Regler le problème d’accès

Le propriétaire laisse les gens devant la porte, sans réponse. des clients ont attendus 3 heures devant la porte, c’est un service d’accès au logement qui fonctionne pas, prévoyez d’arriver en avance. Le logement est sans climatisation mais vous pourrez cuisiner et laver votre linge, il faut prévoir son gel douche et son shampoing. Sinon le quartier est très calme et pas loin de la mythique ligne 28. Il y a un petit épicier juste à côté à l’angle de la rue avec fruits et légumes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin et il est très gentil

Super lejlighed til prisen

Lejligheden ligger godt placeret i den gamle bydel. Den er ret ny istandsat og alt virker som det skal. Der er en elektronisk lås med nummer tastatur på døren, hvilket er smart da man ikke behøver hjælp til tjek-in(nøgler osv.). Det var vi glade for da vi kom midt om natten.

Bom apartamento na Graça

Localizado no coração da Graça, está próximo do Centro Histórico de Lisboa, podendo-se recorrer tanto a deslocamentos a pé como utilizando o transporte público. O apartamento é espaçoso e possui uma varanda bastante charmosa. Cama de casal confortável, o sofá-cama nem tanto. No quarto as paredes garantem silêncio diante dos barulhos externos, mas na sala há problemas de insonorização. Na verdade, tudo depende dos outros hóspedes, e tive relativo azar de por três noites estar ao lado de pessoas bastante mal-educadas. Mini-cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários para o café da manhã e pequenas refeições. Banheiro adequado e duche potente com água sempre quente. O atendimento para os check-in, check-out e pagamento da taxa turística foi sempre realizado por e-mail e suficientemente claro e prestativo. Em sete dias, houve uma troca de toalhas, ocasião em que uma funcionária muito simpática foi ao apartamento sugerir essa troca. Enfim, vale a pena a hospedagem. Se voltasse a ficar na Graça, outra vez buscaria aqui estada, torcendo para que não lá estivesse com outros hóspedes mal-educados. Indico com recomendação positiva!

Great place

Really nice and cozy apartment, perfect size for a couple. Just have one suggestion for the agency running it - they should provide a long (full-size) mirror (the bathroom mirror is not enough). Other than that, the apartment is well equipped and has everything you would need. Definitely would recommend!

This is a self-serve apartment with digital locks. Staff are available by phone. Location is in the heart of Alfama district. Our unit had a washing machine anf small kitchen. We could walk or take the trolley to all sites.

Nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything is good if you're looking for a long stay apartment. The self check-in works; an email is sent with the front door code. Some units have push button locks, but he ones with keys might be an issue if arriving late. The key is left in a small safe, with a push button code that was not included in the email. Hotels.com helped sort it out, but be sure to verify with Portugal Ways for the key box code. Also note that towels, dishware, and dish soap are provided, but no toiletries.

Good place to spend a couple of nights. Checking in is a bit of a problem. Number provided was incorrect, and we never got the checking instructions Email the company sent through Hotels.com (well, we did AFTER we had already left!). Overall however, the apartment was quite good and comfortable.

매우 좋았습니다. 위치는 역에서 걸어서 14-5분 정도 걸리고 언덕길이 많아 (리스본 특징인듯) 캐리어 끌기는 어렵습니다. 우버로 이동하면 7유로 정도 나와서 캐리어가 있을때는 우버로 이동하였습니다. 중심가가 걸어서 10-20분이면 갈수 있습니다. 집의 상태는 매우 깨끗하였고 어려운 일이 생기면 빠르게 해결해주었습니다.

Basic lägenhet med närhet till små supermarkets och pubar. Inget fel på varken renlighet eller lägenheten i sig (OK sängar, bra tryck i duschen osv). Hade önskat lite mer köksutrustning för bekvämlighetens skull. Lägenheten saknar AC vilket skulle vara ett stort + om det installerades.

Pros - location, near to tram stop and buses - good size apartment - clean - adequately equipped - comfortable beds - near to nice restaurants Cons - no kettle - no shampoo, shower gel, laundry powder, only small soaps were provided, 4 toilet rolls given to last a week - location is a very steep walk to main roads and noisy along bus route when windows are open. But apartment has double glazing which keeps noise out when windows are shut.

Wir waren zu zweit 3 Nächte dort und hätten es auch gut und gerne länger ausgehalten. Das Apartment ist nigelnagelneu, alles drin und dran, was man braucht. Obwohl Check-in erst ab 14 Uhr angegeben war, konnten wir schon früher unsere Koffer abgeben. Danke an Amalia. Alles war super und unkompliziert. An Informationen hat es nicht gefehlt (ein ganzer Ordner extra zusammengestellt). Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in Lissabon sind.
