Lovely centrally-located hotel, public transport links and plenty of restaurant options nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was well-furnished, well-maintained and had everything we needed. There was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Reception also arranged a tour to Fatima for us, this too was well-organised and the tour itself, with a small group, was great. Would recommend.

Our stay at Be Poet Baixa Hotel in Lisbon was excellent. It’s a beautiful, small boutique hotel — very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere feels intimate and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location truly couldn’t be better. The hotel is right in the heart of Lisbon’s city center, on Rua Augusta — one of the main and most vibrant streets in the area. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shopping stores, and it’s just steps away from Praça do Comércio, the waterfront, and many of the city’s main attractions. Everything is within easy walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. We got there very early in the morning, and although our room wasn’t ready yet, they kindly stored our luggage and kept us informed. They even prepared the room a bit earlier than expected, which we truly appreciated. They welcomed us with wine and traditional sweets from Lisbon, which was such a lovely and authentic touch. Breakfast is also available at the hotel, offering a convenient and enjoyable way to start the day before heading out. Overall, the service was warm, professional, and accommodating. A fantastic stay in the very center of Lisbon — we would absolutely retur

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the room was not very comfortable — the bed and overall setup did not meet my expectations. However, I would like to highlight that the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional. They were always willing to help and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their positive attitude truly made a difference. While the accommodations could use some improvement, the excellent customer service is definitely a strong point of this hotel.

I highly recommend the place. It’s a fantastic location. Close to everything: restaurants, stores, cafes, sightseeings, metro, train stations, bus stations. Everything is a walking distance. And you are always in the middle of fun. The wonderful staff of the hotel adds an additional merit to this hotel. The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet. The staff at the front desk were all so pleasant and kind. On our last morning, we had to leave before breakfast officially started so the staff arranged for a breakfast box to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Tomas is very warm, so professional, and helpful. The hotel location is a step away from the main attractions. That being said, you have to be aware that the noise is a concern. Otherwise, I really had a good stay since everything is walkable and convenient to everything.
