While the owner was a little disorganized, my stay was otherwise okay. The rooms are really nice, and the communal areas were kept tidy.

Amelia is a wonderful host, she met us on our arrival and was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The property was clean and in nice decor, the location was good , ideal for metro and transport links to Airport and centre of city, albeit a good walk from most attractions. Plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants in close vicinity and the area felt safe at all times. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The host Ameli is very friendly and helpful. She doesn’t much English but she uses the translation app very effectively to communicate. The place is very close to the metro station.

This was a simple yet clean and beautiful B&B owned and managed by the host Amelie. She was incredibly warm and responsive and kept in touch with me the whole time right from before arrival till my check-in. Just an FYI though that entering the building requires having the host present to unlock the main door with a key, so it helps to coordinate time of arrival with the host in advance. Will highly recommend this place to anyone looking to save money on expensive hotels without compromising on quality of stay.

Lovely stay

Great communication, was able to leave my bags when I arrived early, and right next to public transportation and a supermarket. Spotless, peaceful accomodations!

Stayed in the bedroom with private bathroom. Bedroom also has a small balcony. We loved staying here would stay here again. Just a heads up, the shower is very small, but it worked for us.

Overall great place. Amelia rooms in a multi floor residence unit on the 3rd floor. No air con - just a fan- so windows open which can be a bit noisy when trying to sleep. Single bed was rather hard. Communicate with WhatsApp so landlord can translate via phone app as needed.

I’ve been waiting at the door for over two hours messaging calling the host then at 5 pm replied that she had a doctor appointment and that she will be there in 8 min by that time I already booked an other place to stay in because I had only one night layover in Lisbon and she refused to refund me even if it was her fault . The worst customer service I ever had in my whole life .

Good with a few issues

The advert and pics on website is confusing as it’s actually advertising for two different properties. We went to address listed on site and could not get a hold of property. When we finally did we had to walk to a different location. The owner is very kind but a bit disorganized and our room was not ready at check in n we had to wait in the hallway for an hour while she cleaned. Overall the private room was comfortable and the location was good and convenient walking to Arrois metro station

Bon rapport qualité prix pour Lisbonne

Noys avons été hébergés chez Amelie qui a été très à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour nous. La propreté était impeccable. Seulement un petit souci d'eau chaude à la salle de bain à l'arrivée. Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais on trouve des commerces nombreux, et la station de métro est toute proche pour aller au centre-ville en 10mn.

Clean but bad flatshare experience

Clean place and bed was comfortable enough, but violent fights broke out among the other flatmates and I had some valuables stolen. I would not recommend the experience to a solo female traveller, for instance.
