Centrally located, states on booking site there is a pool, but there is no pool, very dissatisfied with this as I specifically booked and paid for that. Beds are very uncomfortable. Our bathroom smelt of rotten eggs even after it was serviced everyday, and TV channels did not work

One of the best locations on the island for first time visitors. You get off the ferry and in a three minute walk you are at the hotel. The hotel is italian-style with the owner checking you in and someone else at the front desk helping out too. The owner takes pride in his hotel you can tell so make sure to not complain or give him any problems and then he is friendly. The breakfast buffet has fresh fruit (watermelon when we stayed), pastries, toast, and juice and coffee machines to pick your own drinks. The location was quiet since it’s not on the Main Street, but close enough to the main area where you can walk. There is free parking behind (up the sidewalk) the hotel if you rent a moped (40/day) or a car (60-70/day). The hotel has an uppper roof Terrance great for photos of the island 360 and a Terrence in the second floor and the bottom floor has a court yard with trees and feels like you are walking in a forest. The breakfast room is large the waitors cleaning the tables dress up to clean your dishes like people working at a fancy restaurant with black pants and white dress shirts. Nice touch . We did not try the massages there but there were options to book them. The beds were italian-style as expected in a less expensive hotel in Italy ( they could use a memory foam topper if you are use to American beds); they were hard mattresses but as expected there. The quadruple rooms are small (two single beds and one queen) but have nice balconies and a mini fridge. Recommend

Location is very noisy Very very upset with Expedia because I wasn't able to find my booking on the app to change dates. Result I had to pay 80 euro extra. Thanks Expedia....so I found Expedia hopeless and they cost me money....how about a refund Expedia ??? Your app was the reason I couldn't change dates and got slugged 80 euro extra.

Alles Ok. Mussten aber 1 Tag früher abreisen nach Stromboli, weil wegen Sturmwinden keine Schiffe fuhren. Keine Kulanz nichts zurückbekommen wegen der verpassten Nacht. Erwas schäbig.

La struttura è datata, poco curata e fatiscente. L’igiene lascia molto a desiderare. Una macchia sul pavimento è rimasta lì per 3 giorni sui 4 di pernottamento. Il bagno grande nota dolente, rubinetteria ossidata, privo di piatto doccia, sanitari scheggiati degli anni ‘60. Impianto elettrico obsoleto. Il personale è deludente è appena sufficiente nei modi. Il momento della colazione è come elemosinare cibo all’angolo della strada. Consiglio vivamente di leggere le molte recensioni presenti su internet e dargli credito. Pensavo fossero esagerate ma ho provato con mano tutto quanto descritto da altri. Provati sia hotel di lusso che campeggi e questa struttura sembra poter non essere affiancata nemmeno ad una esperienza di camping. Il costo non è commisurato al servizio offerto. Unica nota positiva la posizione centrale. Necessita di urgenti lavori di manutenzione e ristrutturazione. Sconsigliato.

Not worth it.

The place definetely does not reflect the pictures. The time has stopped for it approximetely 20 years after opening. The room, that we have purchased was right next to the street, where fan wouldn't make it any cooler and the aircon wouldn't work. In order to get some air, we would need to open the window, which would give us the constant 'melody' of the scooters passing by. I was travelling with my Mum and a tten sister (who received a hard as couch). The night guard Stefano was very helpful after some discussion and seeing my mum covered in tears as she had a panic attack (normally she is ok, but this was too much even for me). So we received a room which was better, and at least we could open the windows. The plus is the location (3 min from the port), but the room should cost 30 eur, not 50 for its standard. Breakfast.. I understand covid, but not even receiving a piece of tomato is just sad. Overall.. Not impressed.

Dit hotel is verouderd maar heeft zijn charme. De ligging is uitstekend op het eiland. Van hieruit kan je gemakkelijk alle bezienswaardigheden bezoeken. Ook de haventjes om de andere eilanden te bezoeken zijn dichtbij.
