「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.」

「What a lovely find! Visiting family in Julich and found this wonderful hotel via geographic search. The host is charming, extremely helpful and makes the most divine breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Bed was comfy. Room was very clean. Host took us to our room and set the A/C on cold because we are Americans from FL....he had vacationed in FL and knew we wanted it cold. 「Super Zimmer, sauber und hell. Alles da was man so braucht. Sogar ein Fön. Hatten das Doppelbett. Riesig und super bequem. Ein paar Getränke, Kaffee, Tee gabs auch. Snack und Bedarfsautomat war bereits sehr leer gekauft, aber wir hatten keine Not. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen - egal ob persönlich, Telefon oder Mail. Das Thema der Nachhaltigkeit unterstützte ich sehr und freute mich über jede neue Entdeckung dazu 🙂 」
