"The hotel is kind of isolated from Dalat town. We did find excellent restaurants 15 minute walk away and excellent massage nearby.
Hot water was hit and miss for pressure and temp. Was great when it worked.The hotel is clearly geared for Vietnamese tourists and I think has little experience with foreigners. The staff was very friendly but was a bit difficult to communicate clearly. We ahd to request room cleaning after 4 days.
Roosters and dogs nearby made for broken sleep. As did water pipe...

"due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here. "

"Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages. "
