传统风格的舒适体验
这是一家传统的酒店，装修古朴。 服务人员很热情，看见有带小孩，马上进房间整理新的床铺，还送给小朋友一个玩具小狗，十分开心。 酒店在林道公园里面。走出酒店满眼绿色，风景如画，十分宜人。 就是房间位置安排的不好，据我观察属于少数不太好的朝向，不知道是否和hotels预定区别对待有关系。

Very luxurious n romantic hotel, great breakfast
A very luxurious and romantic hotet, it is facing the Bodensee, the garden of the hotel and the surroundings made people feel very relaxing and comfy. The atmosphere of the room was very romantic and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, big variety of foods. Very nice indoor swimming pool. We're sure that we will come back again.

Lindau hotel.
Lovely hotel, excellently located about 20/25 minute walk out of Lindau but close to a bus route. Very helpful and pleasant staff and beautifully set on the side of Lake Konstanz. All in all a great stay.

Tolle Lage entschädigt für einige Einschränkungen
Das Hotel ist eines der wenigen, welches direkt am Bodensee liegt. Entsprechend lebt das Hotel von seiner exklusiven Lage. Das Hotel selber ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer könnten auch eine Auffrischung vertragen. Auch wenn das Haus unter Denkmalschutz steht, könnten bestimmt Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden (z.B. der sanitären Armaturen). Auch fehlt eine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt im Zimmer fast unerträglich machte und das Schlafen während der Hitzeperiode im August war mehr als eine Herausforderung. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt vereinzelt auch etwas zu wünschen übrig, die Mehrzahl der Mitarbeitenden ist jedoch service-orientiert und kümmert sich um die Anliegen der Gäste. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut, sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das 4-Gang-Menü am Abend. Da man im Hotel nur mit Halbpension buchen kann, ist dies sicher positiv erwähnenswert. Das grosse Highlight des Hotels ist zweifellos das Seebad. Wunderbar gelegen, in einem klassischen und stylischen Seebad angelegt, mit sehr gutem Zugang zum See. Trotz der Einschränkungen haben wir den Aufenthalt im Hotel genossen und wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

It was really hard to check in- somehow the fully paid Expedia reservation ( my credit card was charged upon reserving the hotel)) did not show up in their system. I had to prove to the receptionist that i had paid and had to show my reservation. After that all went well. rooms need some improving: no coffee/water/tea in room, mini fridge did not work and the room felt musty because of the lake or maybe because there is no way to have a shower without flooding the non ventilated bathroom ( tub has no curtain, just a half glass door. ). Dinner was included and two nights dinner was fabulous however one night it was absolutely atrocious. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich würde eine Dusche einer Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit vorziehen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Business and family
I went there for a business trip. The food was very tasty and fresh. Very friendly staff and they have provided with support where needed. Nice lake view. Great for families and business meeting. I will book again if i am near by. Klasse unterkunft. Danke ans team.

Not that bad, but I will never recommend someone to stay in this hotel. The staff is not such friendly, unsupportive. No air conditioning, and when I asked the receptionist to give me an iron, they refused. Their reason is that it is dangerous, and not safe for the room’s property!! Even when I told them I will take the full responsibility for any damage that could happen, they refused.

Disappointing disaster.
Extremely disappointing. Check in should start at 3PM, I was waiting for my room additional 30 minutes. Room was very old and smells like dump. No WiFi. Staff was lying about issues with WiFi. I left this crap hotel after 45 minutes.

Die Lage, der Empfang, das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und die Speisen überzeugten uns. Die coronabedingten Einschränkungen waren gut zu meistern, erträglich. EWir konnten uns sehr gut erholen zumal das Wetter am Bodensee besser war, als im Rest von Deutschland war . Superblick auf Lindau und die Alpen. Der Park mit dem imposanten Altbaumbestand war für uns ein Höhepunkt. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hotels informationer omkring hotellet er ikke helt opdateret. Hjælpsomme ansatte og pæne værelser. Dårligeste wifi af de 6 hoteller jeg har besøgt på denne tur. Flot stort hotel ellers og fine faciliteter (pool, fitness, udendørsområder mv. Men det er også godt betalt.
