"Besides being a nice property, it offers excellent service. Even though this is a self service type of hotel, the communication is pretty instantaneous. We had a toilet blockage & texted for help. Within 10 minutes, someone came to fix our toilet & got it done in another 10. "

"Always clean and contactless check in is nice especially if you are coming in late. I prefer the premium rooms but all so far have been comfortable. Easy access tot the interstate and town. Would be a great place to stay after a full day at the ski park. "

The location was very convenient—close to the freeway, downtown, and central Mount Shasta, with easy access across to the mountain via Lake Street.
