"Great place, clean and friendly staff"

"Breakfast was okay - scramble eggs would have been nice. Staff was very polite, friendly and professional - quick to respond to any inquiry. Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, sheets and covers very clean, bathroom exceptionally clean. Quieter place than most other places we have stayed. Outside noise was almost none existent. Parking safe and secured. Let downs: Had to walk over to the front dest because there was no phone in room to contact front desk. TV reception sucked big time. Remote did not work well, struggled to change channel, and channels kept fading out and losing connection and most of them did not work. I stopped using it after an hour of struggling and frustration. Most importantly, the door would not lock, that is it could be open without using the keycard. We discovered this in the late afternoon of our last day. We reported all this to the front desk. Will we stay there again? Absolutely. I can live without a TV; a walk to the front desk might do me some good; and I am certain that next time i can end up with a room with a door lock that actually works. So, it is a clean and comfortable room that is most important. See you guy soon. // Luis // "

"The ladies taking care of my room were amazing.. i’ve always struggled with clean room and not very good service but the lady that took care of us was amazing.. staff was always very attentive "

"This used to be our favorite Hotel , with this stay it made me change my mind , First thing as I got there at 2:50 pm 10 mins before check in time they told me my room was not ready, that I had to wait. They told me I had to wait 30 mins , after 30 mins passed by I went to front desk they told me I had to wait another 30min to an 1 hr so they can have it ready . I went back at 4:30 and finally it was ready ! Ok so far I understand it was busy but as soon as I enter my room I can tell my room was not well clean , One of the beds had eyelashes stick to the fitted sheet and another one in the end of the bed . There was trash on the floor on the sides of the bed ( they were cover with the skirts of the bed) 2 hand towels were dirty and had stains , 2 big towels also had Cheetos stains or that’s what I want to believe it was . I talk to the front desk and also by text and they didn’t care at all , they told me they were going to go and change the bedding sheets and never came by. I had to ask for extra sheets so I can put them on top so I can put my kids to sleep. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED of this stay ! For sure I’ll stop recommending this hotel! "

"We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough "
