"I continue to stay at this hotel because of its convenient location, proximity to great amenities, and, most importantly, the exceptional service I consistently receive. During this trip, I encountered a small hiccup and reached out to the management team after business hours. To my surprise, my email was acknowledged within five minutes, and both the General Manager, Nicholas, and Front Desk Manager, Ali, went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and professionally. Thank you management team for making me feel like a valued guest. Your outstanding customer service has reinforced my decision to stay here, and I will absolutely be booking my next visit at this hotel. A special thank you as well to Nicole!
