This was a lovely, easy to find hotel. It was clean and tidy room was very nice. The staff were very welcoming and helped me as a none french speaker to find what I was after. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Fabulous Hotel

Very good experience. Only negative was that you’re not allowed to take dogs with you to sit at the breakfast restaurant tables. However, you’re allowed to take dogs for with you for breakfast in the area with sofas within the restaurant. Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient position for the motorway A20. Good restaurants just across the road.

Cold room

A recent stay at this hotel. Staff were great. Room was cold (late November). Asked at reception how to increase temperature. Told it was controlled from reception. But it remained cold. The tv volume was barely audible. Asked at reception. Receptionist came up to the room but she couldn’t figure out how to increase the volume either. Remote worked to change channels but wouldn’t work to increase volume. Not a very pleasing/satisfactory stay over.

Hôtel très propre et chaleureux. Personnel accueillant et très souriant toujours à l'écoute de la clientèle. Literie au top, chambre très spacieuse (nous voyageons avec un Montagne des Pyrénées). Rien ne manque. 3 restaurants à proximité à pied. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés

Je n'y retournerai pas

Côté hébergement rien à redire, l'hôtel est dans les standarts Kyriad. Nettoyage ok, juste 2 cheveux trouvés par terre dans la salle de bain et au vu de la longueur ce n'est pas les miens... Par contre énorme point noir sur le petit déjeuner. Premier jour, machine a cafe en panne, celle du bar aussi doncnpas de boissons chaudes... croissants pas assez cuit, le centre etait cru et a priori je ne suis pas le seul a l'avoir remonté. J'ai remarque que lorsque je suis parti de ma chambre, la machine a café etait rallumée, un coupbde telephone pour savoir si j'étais toujours la pour me proposer d'en prendre un aurait ete le bienvenue mais a priori cela ne leur a pas traverser l'esprit. 2eme matin, la machine a café marche, mais cette fois c'est le pain au chocolat qui n'est pas cuit... une fois la remarque faite on m'annonce que l'on va faire une remontée (la veille cela n'avait pas ete fait pour les croissants à priori). Ce que j'ai trouvé le plus navrant, c'est que l'on me facture les 2 petits dejeuners à 13,50€ vu la qualité de ceux ci. Commercialement je m'attendais a ce que l'on me fasse une remise ou que l'on m'offre celui du premier jour car aucune boisson chaude et viennoiseries pas cuites... Le sens commercial se perd Je trouve le prix de ce petit dejeuner deja bien elevé (13,50€) et franchement qualitativement on est plutôt sur des standarts d'hôtels d'entrée de gamme plutôt que d'un kyriad Chambre 11 entre le 20 et 22 mai 2025

Neuf mais bruyant

Chambre 104 au-dessus de la cuisine, donc on entend les bruits de préparation petit-déjeuner à 3hoo du matin pendant près d'une heure. Mon objectif étant de passer de bonne nuit, je ne pense pas revenir à ce Kyriad. Manque un seche serviette et un chauffage dans la sdb, pour un confort moderne. Manque un petit guéridon pour plateau tv.
