Great

This place is nice, calm and clean. It's a little room for student, so for a night as an hotel it's comfortable. The free parking is safe. Internet is good. All good, I recommend.

Be advised this property is very tired. As you would expect it was extremely basic and on the plus: The shower, towels and bedding was cleaned to a high standard. The kitchen was reasonably clean. But the overall grittiness took away from this. There was mould on the bathroom walls windows and blinds. The furniture was grotty stained and torn. Be warned the contents on Expedia was wrong the apartment is not private the place is not covid secure. We felt unsafe in it because people arrived unexpected late at night. Security was lax and the staff on the next morning were apathetic to the situation. We have been assured of a refund. This has not yet been processed.

Quiet and convenient

Had everything I needed. Private on-suite room always had hot water/towels/soap/shampoo. It was clean and the double bed was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of sockets for equipment. Living space I had to myself for most of the time. Also clean with enough space. A little TV with limited channels. A kitchenette well stocked with appliances, and again all spaces were clean. Overall it suited me perfect. It is a bit away from the city of Limerick so a car is needed if traveling in and out. Conveniently there is also a bus every twenty mins outside.

Une chambre dans une résidence étudiante avec salle de bain privée. Parking à disposition. Pas de wifi. Un peu loin du centre ville mais un arrêt de bus est à 5mn à pied (Pour le bus, demandez conseil aux chauffeurs, car pas de plan au niveau de l’arrêt !). Comptez 20 mn en bus pour le centre-ville.

Undermåligt boende

Mycket undermåligt och spartanskt boende. Enkelrum (studentrum för en student) hyrs ut som dubbelrum. 120 cm bred säng är enligt uthyraren en dubbelsäng. Mycket, mycket små rum. Missvisande marknadsföring, när det står dubbelrum, men rummet är för en person, med en sänglampa . Ytterdörren gick inte att låsa. I det gemensamma utrymmet låg kläder och väska slängt. Vet ej om det tillhörde någon boende eller om någon utomstående sov över. Parkeringen inne på området var full. Otryggt boende.

Séjour bon l'emplacement est Éloigné du centre ville mais il y a un arrêt de bus à 2min à pied donc sa va. La douche est froide quand on l'a prend à l'heure indiquée sur l'affiche mais globalement bon je recommande pour les petit budgets

Lovely room. Very close to Ul. Ideal for students. Big enough room. Good wardrobe size. Desk size is okay. Bed is perfect. Bathroom is great. Show us if good size but the shower head needs a new head.

Great budget accommodation!

Great little cheap place to stay. The room we were in was nice if a little small with a nice en-suite. Kitchen facility was great and we had the shared unit all to ourselves. Will be staying here again

Noisy

My main issue with this residence is the amount of noise both external and internal. Internally, there tick-tack wooden floorboards with people coming and going literally all night and morning. And while I had my own ensuite, most other rooms didnt have one and there is continuous use of the shower room next door throughout the whole night. Rooms are also very small. UL is nearby which is a very nice plac to visit. It's very low cost so conprimises have to be expected.

Nice bedroom

Nice bedroom with private bathroom. There is no public transportation to the University you have to walk more than 20 minutes and in my 3 days the room was not cleaned. The staff is very good.

Beautiful Ireland

Appartement mit 2 Doppelzimmer, privaten Badezimmern und Balkon reserviert. Bei Ankunft nur ein kleines Zimmer ohne Aussicht bereit! Nach Reklamation wird uns ein weiteres Zimmer zugewiesen mit geteiltem Badezimmer! Personal teilt uns mit, dass Balkone nicht existieren, und keine andere Zimmer zur Verfügung wären, da alles ausgebucht sei! Nach langem Argumentieren bekommen wir ein riesen Appartement mit SECHS Zimmern und 3 Badezimmern, plus Balkon !!! Zuerst lügt man uns an, dann übertreibt man es !!! Die Betten sind 120 cm breit, als Doppelbett für 2 Erwachsene nicht gerade komfortabel! Zudem schaltet die Wasserpumpe alle paar Minuten ein und macht einen Riesenkrach, auch die ganze Nacht durch! Nicht erholsam, eher zu meiden !!!

Nous n avons jamais trouve l emplacement de Troy Village, aucune facon de rejoindre qui que ce soit. On s informe dans la ville et personne ne connait cette endroit. Evidemment, on nous a charge notre nuit meme si on n a pas pu s y rendre. Peut etre que cest vraiment bien, mais on ne le saura jamais!!!
