Hello, It was a very nice stay. The owners contacted us ahead, directions were clear and the place is easy to find. The house is unique and the owners very friendly and welcoming. It’s very clean and comfortable. It was close to Bancroft and the Tall Pines rally race, so very convenient for us. We recommend this place and we will come back next year! Thank you

Wonderful and quiet! Such a cozy home and very friendly hosts. They have a dog, Ginger, who is very sweet. The first snowfall of the season started as we woke up and it was beautiful.

We had a great time with Al & Annette food was great. They were great in guiding us where to go and how to get there. Great suggestion on places for dinner. We also had a great time playing games with them. We will be back again.

This is an idyllic location for a quiet retreat in the heart of beautiful Canadian Shield country. The hosts are very friendly. Best value in a bnb ever! Breakfast was delicious French Toast With perfect texture homemade bread.

We stayed one night in the loon room downstairs, and our bathroom was upstairs. Both were very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable! The property and house were beautiful, but the most memorable part of our stay was meeting Annette, Al and their dog Ginger. Super kind and hospitable, would love to return for a longer stay in the future!

Annette and Al welcomed us upon our arrival, and we couldn't overlook their adorable little dog, Ginger. Annette showed us to our room, which was so cozy and lovely. Al gave us offerings for breakfast the next morning. This property is truly a gem. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for strolling through the beautiful gardens, where the flowers are simply gorgeous. We enjoyed a nightcap on the patio and had a wonderful night's sleep, feeling right at home. Al prepared his famous blueberry pancakes for breakfast. They were undoubtedly the best pancakes we've ever tasted, so light and fluffy! If you seek peace and tranquillity, this is the perfect place. Annette and Al are truly wonderful people; it feels as though we've known them forever. They are very talented; Annette is a quilter, and Al does scroll work. We purchased from their gift shop. It's always a pleasure to support local artisans who pour their heart and soul into their work.

It was absolutely one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had. I had only spent one night there but I felt I had a week away from the hustle of life . A great place to recharge snd reset! You get a wonderful breakfast and the two that host makes you feel like you are truly at home! :)

The place was hidden in the woods and so nice and comfortable. The host was amazing and made us feel home preparing the breakfast and talk with us about everything. I really enjoyed the place and the host. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Unique roundhouse construction and great hosts who make your stay enjoyable, share details about the construction and are happy to give tips on the area. They won't let you leave hungry either. We reserved two side-by-side rooms for a family of four. If you find yourself in the area or perhaps taking the scenic route to/from Ottawa - this is an interesting and friendly place to visit for a night or two. We visit this area each summer and will be back.

This was a lovely B&B run by the sweetest couple! From the moment we arrived, we felt like a part of the family.
