Lovely gite/b&b with our own gite to stay in. It was off season but Antoine still made the stay comfortable and supplied a lovely breakfast with local cheeses and charcuterie. Close to the local city of Amboise (5-6 min drive) with its castle and some great restaurant options and only 30ish minutes from Tours. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and the shower pressure was GREAT!

Antoine was a gracious host. He prepared a delicious welcome dinner for us and breakfast was at our own choosing of time. The welcome was exceptional with great food and conversation. Was conveniently located within driving distance to so much in the Loire Valley. If you’re in the area, definitely make this a stay. The old farmhouse feel, with an incredible host Will bring that quintessential French county experience.

This is an experience like no other! The setting and character of this lovely country B & B is loaded with charm. Our host was very accommodating and provided a beautiful breakfast. This place is special and we treasure our memories of our visit here.

Beautiful secluded property and minutes from Amboise. Our room was a 400 year old horse stable converted into a cosy retreat with great amenities including a small kitchenette. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Breakfast provided by host Antoine was fantastic. This would make a great home base to explore Amboise and the Loire Valley.

chambre impeccable, hôte courtois, cultivé, et très bon cuisinier, on a passé un excellent séjour et très bien mangé le soir (cuisine délicieuse) et au petit déjeuner (confitures maison, produits de qualité), dans un cadre avec beaucoup de charme. Tout cela à proximité de magnifiques châteaux de la Loire à visiter, je recommande très chaleureusement!!!

Stimmungsvoll und hervorragendes Essen

Wir haben uns in der sehr stimmungsvollen Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mischung aus alten Gebäuden und moderner Renovierung ist sehr stimmungsvoll. Das Highlight ist die Bewirtung: Das grandiose Frühstück mit lokalem Käse und vielen selbst gekochten Marmeladen hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt.

Charmigt men kallt

Mycket charmigt boernde men iskallt rum vid ankomst. Inget element på toaletten så där blir man inte långvarig i februari. Tyvärr ingen restaurang på hotellet som angrs men många bra i närliggande by som man når på 10min med bil. Mycket bra frukost och trevlig värd.

Encore et toujours TOP

2ème séjour. Cette année nous étions dans la "bergerie". Après un bref problème de chauffage rapidement résolu, nous nous sommes installés dans ce logement plein de charme. Tout est top : accueil, matelas, petit déjeuner, calme,.. Si nous revenons dans le secteur, ce sera certainement encore notre choix.

Top ! Très bon accueil. Séjour vraiment agréable. Un seul point moyen. Se faire réveiller par des personnes au 1er étage qui ont fait du bruit pendant 3/4 h sur le parquet. les pieds qui tapaient et çà grincait. Dommage le reste était parfait.

Tolle Unterkunft mit romantischem Charme

Es war ein unbeschreiblich schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr bequeme Betten, ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ein tolles Frühstück. Ich verreise beruflich sehr viel. Auch oftmals in 5 Sterne Hotels, aber diese tolle Unterkunft kann ich wirklich empfehlen

Absolument charmant !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez notre hôte. La chambre était dans l'ancien Pressoir, dont on voit encore les traces au sol ! Ce rappel nous a vraiment charmé. Le cadre est magnifique, cette ancienne ferme est au calme, loin de la route, perchée dans les vignes, avec un très beau verger accessible. La soirée a été charmante, nous avons pu nous servir en jeux de société dans la salle commune, et dans notre chambre, tout l'équipement était disponible pour picniquer agréablement. Si vous vous y prenez à l'avance, vous pourrez même y dîner ! (Nous n'avions pas choisi cette option ne sachant pas à quelle heure nous serions de retour des châteaux et notre niveau de fatigue, mais cela donnait très envie !) En plus de la chambre charmante qui rappelle l'ancienne activité de la pièce, la salle de bain était moderne et belle. Et le petite déjeuner très copieux, avec de nombreux produits faits maisons, sinon locaux, nous a convaincu et nous a permis de bien débuter cette journée ! A recommander !

Endroit calme et tranquille avec un très bon accueil. Le repas très agréable et convivial avec les autres hôtes, nous avons passez une bonne soirée. Nous avons dormi dans la bergerie(un petit nid douillet) avec une bonne literie. Ce serait à refaire, sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette chambre d'hote, en famille (avec 2 ados). 2 chambres, WC et Salle de bains à notre disposition. Tout était très propre. Très bon accueil et petit-déjeuner copieux et très bon, avec des produits locaux ou de fabrication maison. Très bien placé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire.

En toalett med lös ring och lock och som spolade så dåligt att man fick spola 5 gg efter att ha kissat. Dessutom bruna avlagringar i botten. Ofräsch boende utan tv. Inte Corona säkrad frukost.
