The area is ok. It is Miraflores but a bit of distance to the center of it all. However, there are stores and shops around. I highly recommend El Pan de la schools for breakfast which is about 6 blocks away on the same street. The apartment itself is OK. Not old but not new. Not the cleanest. Floor needed a good mopping. As we are used to walking without shoes inside. Kitchen was equipped with the basics. It has a balcony and the view was of rooftops and unfinished buildings rooftops. Not a nice view. Linens were clean.

Reserve para ser resividos a la 1:00 am del dia 8 de enero 2026, cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba ocupado, y tuvimos que salir a buscar donde quedarnos hasta las 3:00 pm, cuando entregaron el apart. la cama no le habían cambiado las sabanas, el único mueble para sentarse de 3 personas, estaba todo cochino al igual que las 4 sillas del comedor, pocos utensilios de cocina, no tenian un cucharon para mover las comidas, no tenian para machacar ajo, etc. las puertas de la ducha sucias, al igual que el piso del baño, les llame y les dije que necesitaba jabon, toallas, papel de baño, etc y me respondieron que no podian suministrar nada mas,,,enviaron fotos de piscinas, gym, area de BBQ, pero si usabas la piscina no podias usar el gym y viceversa, y solo 2 horas el dia que lograras usarlo,el área de bbq solo era para los propietarios, en transcurso de los 7 dias pedimos jabon de baño y papel higiénico ya que solo habia un frasquito de 10ml para 2 personas, y una toalla para cada persona para ser usada en cuerpo, cara, manos etc, y dijeron que no podían suministrar mas, tuvimos que comprar jabon de baño, detergente para fregar etc. Pagamos uns cantidad excesivo en dolares y hubiera sido mejor pagar un hotel, no un Airbnb, los sartenes de freir todo raspados y viejos, osea a nadie le recomiendo rentar ese apartamento, a menos que los dueños le inviertan dinero para estar habitable.
