Unfortunately, due to a flight cancellation caused by bad weather, we missed our first night arrival (3/20/26). When we finally checked in on 3/21 we were so relieved and happy to have kept the rest of our remaining 2 day reservations. The staff was friendly and the hotel was modern and bright. We LOVED the small touches, such as the slippers w/ the drawn toes and the coasters w a blinking eye. It is very centrally located but it was still in a quieter area of Miraflores neighborhood. It is too bad we never got to get our 2 free drinks as arriving a day later resulted in having to squeeze everything we had planned in 2 rather than 3 days. We will definitely look to stay at other Meliá hotels as we were very impressed with this one.

The hotel was in a prime location and very easy to walk to things. Breakfast every day helped when we were going on excursions and didn't want to wait. The pool was on the rooftop, which gave a great view of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with many questions about sites and how far they were located. The room is decorated nicely, but missing a dresser for longer stays.

Very friendly and caring staff. Goes above and beyond the call of duty. Breakfast every morning was delicious. You get to order your omelette if you desire or boiled eggs. Staff was meh, everything else was great. Location is fantastic. Bathroom: no conditioner and no washcloths. Reception: too busy and there is a huge disconnection with other areas. We were told room ready in 20, so we returned sooner after lunch but it took 1.5h. Offered free breakfast, due to noise/renovations but next day told that we were not on the list. We had to push a little to get it.

Amazing hotel especially for the price! From the moment you step into the lobby, the ambiance of the hotel was on point. The decor, the vibes and every space smelled really nice! The rooms were clean, beds super comfy and the service was immaculate. The security in the hotel was great and the rooftop bar was hopping on the weekend. Overall, my experience was very positive. I especially appreciated the soundproof room and the reliable internet connection, which were essential for delivering my project successfully. However, I did encounter one negative experience regarding the 2 complimentary drinks and the 2 pisco sours I purchased at the Rooftop Bar. I waited for an hour for the drinks to be delivered to my room. After following up by dialing “0,” no update was provided for another 30 minutes. I eventually went back to the Rooftop Bar to check the status. The staff apologized and delivered the pisco sours, and they assured me that the complimentary drinks would be delivered shortly, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Aside from this issue, the rest of my stay was truly 5‑star. Thank you.
