Good for the price.

It was a nice place to stay for a night during our two day trip. The hotel it’s a little bit hidden but with a GPS you’ll have no problems finding it. Nice pools, and green areas inside the hotel. The rooms are cozy and good for the price paid. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was the smell of humidity in the bathrooms. I believe a lot of the hotels in Lima have this issue since there is no much humidity and they don’t keep the AC on if they have one. The staff were very nice and willing to help with late night accommodations. Overall a good place to stay if you are passing by and need a comfy and inexpensive place to stay.

Ha sido la peor experiencia de mi vida. La recepcionista no sabe tratar. Nuestra habitación no estaba lista. Nadie te ayuda. El personal es muy desatento. Además, solo aceptan efectivo. Los servicios higiénicos de la habitación eran viejos y estaban rotos. No cambian las sábanas. Solo las voltean. Me parece nefasto que este hotel disponga de sus servicios por este medio, porque para el precio ofrecido (155.00) por noche. No volvería nunca más.

Nunca me negué a realizar un pago adicional. Lo que me incómodo fue el continuo hostigamiento del personal de vigilancia, portero,. Y no hacer sentir mi estadía agradable desde que llegué y me dijeron que no tenían mi reserva, siendo su página una página sería. Nunca antes me había ocurrido en ningún hotel reservado tanto nacional como internacional. Total mente decepcionados del servicio. Recalco mi reserva era en una habitación doble con capacidad de 3 huéspedes.
