Finding a good hotel in Lima can be tricky. Many places are marketed as great and comfortable for a good rate, but once you arrive, the facilities feels closer to a two-star experience. Fairfield exceeded all my expectations. The comfort, cleanliness, and customer service were excellent. The facilities are well maintained, the location is great, and the rooftop is a highlight, you get to enjoy breakfast there every morning, and on weekends it has a lively, fun atmosphere (even with a DJ). Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lima.

Very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. Just what you would expect from a Marriott. Plenty of shopping and dining options around the area. The are also grocery stores close by.

This is a very clean property where the rooms can see that it was newly built. The staff are very friendly and also helpful. My only thing why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars it regarding to: I was only given 2 bottles of water per day for 2 persons, I was only given 2 towels and rags and even when the room is clean they still didn’t add towels had to request 2 times for it to added also the body wash was finish and had to request 2 times also. Separate from that I love my room and look the view.

This property had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. The hotel was very walkable, with plenty of restaurant options, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Additionally, the staff even prepared breakfast boxes for us for our early flight.

Could not have been happier with my stay. The staff was friendly and super accommodating--they even brought my pup a bowl and cozy bed that she absolutely loved. Breakfast was more than I expected. The room was immaculate and the bed was beyond comfortable. There are parks nearby where we enjoyed walking. Lots of other conveniences nearby, too. The only downside is some noise from the Benavides side. Otherwise, no complaints.
