Staff were great, polite and helpful; the room clean and comfortable, I don’t give them a 5 stars because there is no A/C; good thing it wasn’t summer; but for winter or fall is good. Staffs are nice as long as decent breakfast.The location felt safe and walking distant to Kennedy's Park. However, the rooms could use some improvement— especially the beds and mattresses, which were noisy every move There was also some mold in the bathroom that needs attention.

This hotel was very lovely. It was very clean the elevator worked great and it was decently quiet. The breakfast was an incredible buffet with different options every morning and was self serve. The location was great and very walkable to everything. The only complaint is the wifi was sometimes in and out and a bit slower. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very helpful. The hotel floor i was on had a renovation going on type feel to it, but I was only there for a few hours (check in around 10pm and left at 4am) so didn't really get a good look at it. I'd probably give it another try though.
