Nice location and ideal for large groups but not enough staff was available to make our stay memorable. The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. Also, be aware there is an additional tax ONLY for Peruvians and they are very welcoming to them. If you are a foreigner staff is very suspicious and make your stay unwelcoming.

podría ser mejor, las habitaciones modernizarlas. que las normas de convivencia sean siempre cumplidas, el comedor mas ágil y moderno. Deben pensar en hacerle la competencia a hoteles privados. mas zonas de descanso y relax con TVs, mesas de juego, sillones, etc. mas zona de parrillas. No es tan barato para los privados, por eso deberían ofrecer mas y mejor

El precio demasiado caro para lo que se recibe y el servicio pésimo. Hay diferentes cobros para los de la derrama magisterial que para los demas visitantes. Pague como 200 dolares por noche y no lo vale. No lo recomendaria a nadie.

Buena opcion. Bungalows amplios, el que alquile tenia cocina electrica, microondas, frigobar y una parrilla. Por ahora (Dic 2021) estan haciendo mantenimiento y haciendo nuevos bungalows por lo que hay ruido, tener en cuenta oara las sesiones y por si duermen hasta tarde. La playa algo descuidada pero amplia, mar movido como en todo Sarapampa. A 10 min del Boulevard de Asia. Regresaria!

Las instalaciones son amplias y los bungalows muy cómodos. Es un hotel sencillo, pero muy atractivo. La atención del personal es excelente: Carla (recepción), Nicolas (restaurante), Walter (salvavidas) todos muy amables y serviciales. El restaurante sólo opera por horas y llegar al hotel es un poco difícil y oscuro, quizás podrían señalizarlo mejor desde la carretera y la bajada. Algunos huéspedes ponen música alta en las terrazas, felizmente en la zona sur estaba muy tranquilo. Muy buena elección para descansar unos días.

Estuvo buena pero falto limpieza constante en el bungalow. Los juegos para niños estaban cerrados, me imagino que es por el tiempo de covid. La playa esta bastante sucia. Habían animales muertos y se nota que ee hace varias semanas y nadie los recoge.

Bien, se tenía problemas con el internet, también el personal no fue suficiente, creo que tienen que mejorar (entiendo por la pandemia) pero igual debe mejorar el servicio pues es la 3ra vez que retorno y ha bajado el nivel de la atención.

Música estridente hasta las 00:00 por un huésped

Estuvo Ok, pero una tarde hasta la noche unos huéspedes de un bungalow bastante cercano al nuestro pusieron su parlante gigante con música a todo volumen y luego se pusieron a cantar Karaoke hasta la medianoche, afectando la tranquilidad de las familias (varias con niños). A mejorar en ese aspecto.

Buen servicio y cómodas instalaciones

Todo estuvo Ok, recibimos un bungalow equipado con lo necesario para descansar y con cocina, menaje y frío bar. Es necesario llevar los implementos para la parrilla, pero nos informamos previamente sobre esto. Las piscinas limpias y conservadas y fácil acceso a la playa que diariamente era visitada por el personal para recoger desperdicios. Un punto a mejorar es el hecho de que cerca a nuestro bungalow unos vecinos estaban de fiesta y se excedieron un poco con la bulla y el sofá cama estaba dañado (el espaldar no se mantenía firme el modo sofá). Felizmente no teníamos huésped adicional.
