The apartment had a great view and was easily accessible. I would only ask to have more towels and also sheets and blanket for the sofa bed. Very nice apartment and size for the price.

Location was amazing, conditions of property was decent, but they should work on the smell it had a really bad odor since the first moment I walked into the apartment.

Very accessible and super friendly front desk staff. Kenedy park is literally a few minutes walk away and there are so many shipping and dining options around the area. The only down side is that the building itself needs some maintenance and you can hear the nightlife outside. I personally can sleep through about anything so it didn't bother me, but keep in mind that it does get a bit noisy. The property management is very responsive as well, so anytime I needed something, I could just send them a message.

The building is located in a really great location however it is hard to get a peaceful sleep due to the noise. The property could use some renovations and a deep cleaning. The communication with the renter is often over looked but they will respond eventually.

From the moment we got there. Room had mold In the bathroom. They had no towels, no trash bags, no extra toilet paper. Refrigerator wasn’t working. We booked this property because they supposedly had a washer/ dryer in the unit. This was a lie. I had to constantly message the owner, in which they took 48 hrs to respond. My wife had to go to the supermarket to get cleaning supplies to clean the unit we were staying in. We had to buy our own paper towels, toilet paper and even bought bath towels. This place was a disaster from the beginning. I hope nobody stays in the property ever again

Horrendous check-in process, wrong address. Apt ok

The check-in process is a nightmare. I arrived firstly to find that the address on the listing does not exist (there isn't a unit C, only A and B). At that address there was a solo security guard that had no idea about my reservation. When I called the phone number on the booking, it was a private number of an unknown person that told me "Send me a WhatsApp". I did, to which he responded with another contact number. I messaged that second person and there was no response. I called and when they picked up they said "I have little battery, your room number is XXX". I went back to the same security guard and asked if he had a key for such a room and he gave it to me with no questions, no information. A complete disaster! The apartment was ok then, but no coffee machine, no toiletries.

Ótima localização

A localização é muito boa, pode-se ir caminhando a várias atrações. O apartamento estava limpo mas faltando vários itens que tivemos que solicitar. O “check-in” é feito pelo porteiro do prédio.
