"This is a unique property in the sense that it has all the basic needs and checks off all the boxes in Lilongwe. It is comfortable, clean, and safe. However, it is very basic and cold in terms of decor and having one restaurant. Any stay over 4-5 nights without a form of transportation and ability to explore will be very boring unlike Latitude 13 that is a warm and inviting property with interesting and appealing architecture and art. "

"I recently stayed at the Sunbird Capital Hotel over a 3 week period and couldn't be happier, mostly thanks to the friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered. The hotel rooms are more along the line of very comfortable 3 star in the U.S. (with some points of wear) than 5 star, but the atmosphere and service are the best I've experienced for solid business hotels in comparable settings. "The staff are all very nice and helpful. They were in the process of remodeling a wing so clean was a challenge. Then their hoover was broken so the poor staff were sweeping rugs using s dust broom. I really look forward to the new mattresses they promise in the superior rooms as they just installed in the standard rooms. Breakfast is eggs your way then dinner type savories. Pretty much same every day. The breads are very dry so dont get eaten. No pork, good for non pork eater. The breakfast...
