We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious! Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back.

Hotel nella media. Nulla di che eccezzionale ma ok. il cattivo punteggio risente del comportamento della persona, una donna dai tratti asiatici, che ci ha fatto il check in. Senza alcun motivo non ha fatto neanche un sorriso di accoglienza ed é sembrata infastidita tutto il tempo (sempre senza mai sorridere) nonostante non ci fossero altri clienti e npn sembrasse sotto stress. Un sorriso é la prima cosa che ti aspetti dal una receptionist.
