upon arrival was told my stay was cancelled and i was supposed to receive a refund i can see this has not been done and they took my money left me stranded at night having to pay extra for a one night in a different hotel

Convenient when passing through Lille.

This hotel is basic but is ok. The staff are helpful but I think the place is in need of a refit.

Just stayed one night here for the Rugby and only slept here. It was a clean spacious room and reception let me check in to my room at 1pm. It is ten minute walk to the metro station and Lidl’s is opposite.

Very very tired

This place is the definition of ‘tired’. Faded, threadbare carpets, holes in the plaster and many of the lights don’t work. There is a pervasive smell of stale cigarette smoke which almost masks the stench of blocked drains and mice, but not quite. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I gave it a swerve. But it is cheap and the bedding seemed to be clean.

It’s a budget hotel in a good location on outskirts of Lille with easy access to the main roads and a short walk 5- 7 minutes to metro which takes you into the Center . It’s a little dated and a tad tired could do with a deeper clean . Breakfast was adequate to get you started

Disgusting place

The experience was horrible, the place is disgusting, very dirty, the smell on the place wad disgusting and I paid for two nights, and on the second night I went out for dinner and when back to de place around 11:30pm the front gate for the car was close and the door key didn’t open or work no body was there to attend or help so I have to take the car and go to another hotel to pay for another room horrible experience no recommend and the place should no be promoted that’s no a hotel that’s a place for homeless people to refuge

The property has obviously seen better days, probably a decade or so ago, but if you just want a bed for the night and look passed the tattyness it does a job (and was available and cheap). Shares a site with Comfort Hotel (which looks a much better standard but probably priced as such) and the manager next door recommended not to catch a late metro back as "the subway can be a little rough" (and I'm a 6ft 5 bloke). Don't go there on a honeymoon.

This was for one night on a long road trip, it was awful. The place stank of people smoking weed, stains everywhere, broken lights, miniature bathroom, noisy people, and the smoke alarms went off at 6am. The only redeeming feature was the staff were ok.

Avoid at all cost - even if cheap

Worst stay of my life! It was full of drug users (taking drugs at the entrance), it stank, it was dirty, there were blood stains, the alarm for smoking went off so so many times the fire guard had to come, my key stopped working, etc. Dangerous area, dangerous people and horrible place to be. Never ever again.

Despite being a non-smoking room there was a stale cigarette smell persostent in the room. The wash basin tap sprayed water everywhere because it didnt appear to have a diffuser on it.

Can't give 5stars as receptionist said No your name is not on the list tonight, thankfully after showing my confirmation email he managed to find me on the system. If you're English like me, there's no kettle in the room to make hot drinks. There was a dispensing machine in the lobby but it was broken on my visit. It's cheap and cheerful, 2 minutes off the ring road, subway station is 10 mins walk away to city centre. And a Lidl literally over the road.

Nous sommes restes 3 jours Les serviettes de toilettes n'ont pas ete changees, l'espace douche est tres etroit. Odeur desagreable en entrant dans la chambre. Hotel à fermer pour une remise en état

Hotel a rénover entièrement ; travaux indispensable De plus le samedi matin personne pour le déjeuner Ce n est que vers 8H30 qu une personne arrivera avec un silence total sur cete anomalie ; le prix demandé pour le déjeuner n est pas approprié , très peu de choix , le déjeuner est basique ; impossible de prendre de la confiture , elle est présenté dans un pot unique ou tout le monde met sa propre cuillère ( coté inspection hygiène ça ne peut pas passer ) Dans l escalier la rampe est mal fixé , le sol est usé à remplacer ; dans la douche il suffit juste de voir les photos ci jointe pour vous faire une idée ; le rideau de douche n a pas du passer à la lessive depuis un moment , il est marron dans le bas tellement la crasse s est entassée ; le personnel et trop jeune les tenues inadaptés ( survêtements tennis ... ) L'année dernière c'était passable pour une nuit cette année c est médiocre médiocre limite acceptable Absolument aucune explication pour le loupé au déjeuner le samedi matin Quand au numéro de téléphone à appeler en cas d urgence , il ne vaut mieux rien mettre plutôt que d afficher un téléphone ou personne ne répond ....

Hôtel très décevant

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel, et en arrivant dans la chambre, il y avait une odeur importante de renfermé. Une seule lampe fonctionnait sur les 4, et vue l'état d'une lampe (plein de poussière), cela ne date pas d'aujourd'hui. Il manque le champ plat sur la facade d'une table de chevet, et il y a la marque d'une tasse sur l'autre. Dans la salle de bains, calcaire dans le lavabo et les wc, et la chasse qui fuit en continue. La bouche de la VMC très sale. La moquette de la chambre aussi tachée. Malgré la literie correcte, le lit grinçait à chaque mouvement d'un côté. Au moment du petit déjeuner, pain et croissant uniquement. Pot de confiture qui sont pris directement par certains clients, car rien d'autres pour en prendre qu'une petite quantité. Un peu de beurre et du nutella (sur couvercle doseur) pour accompagné le pain.

Franchement, la propreté laisse à désirer, dans ma chambre il y avait des trous dans les murs, moquette plus que tachée, lampe de chevet cassée, odeur de cigarette, le seule point positif étaient les sanitaires qui était convenable.
