Great hotel, but you need to pay 45 p/hour for spa

This was a lovely hotel in the centre of Lille. Friendly staff, however, there was no lift and the spa required a further 45 euros per hour. You also had to tell them in advance. I find this very annoying as I chose the hotel because of the spa. I think that when the hotel will charge extra, Hotels.com should clearly state it.

Bijzonder mooi en smaakvol ingericht pand. De suites zijn eveneens mooi en sfeervol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is perfect voor een stadsbezoek. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de zeer attente host. Het rijkelijk ontbijt in de lounge was tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Très bon choix

Suite très spacieuse avec un immense salon, une grande chambre et un coup bureau. On s'y sent bien. On est proximité de plein de choses à 10 minutes à pieds et le musée des Beaux Arts et juste à côté. Chambre propre, petit déjeuner classique mais bon. Accès au SPA dans le sous-sol même si ce jour là le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas :( L'hôte est très disponible et accueillant !

Dans l’ensemble tout était très bien. Si on peut émettre une petite réserve, c’est qu’il faut monter des escaliers un peu raide, ce qui peut handicaper une personne à mobilité réduite.

Cette maison d'hôte est pleine de charme. Extrêmement bien située pour visiter Lille à pied tout en étant dans une rue calme. L'accueil de Bastien est parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec leur coin salon. Et le petit déjeuner pouvant être servi en chambre est excellent. Sans oublier le SPA dans un très beau cadre pour se détendre en fin de journée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Établissement de très bon standing alliant tout le charme d’une ancienne maison de maître au confort avec équipements dignes d’un 4 étoiles. L’accueil et le service est juste « comme il faut ». Merci pour cette première expérience que je manquerai pas de renouveler lors de ma prochaine venue à Lille.
