I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. Staff was very friendly, check-in was smooth and room was nice and clean. The building itself looks like it could be in need of an upgrade soon, but that did not take away from it feeling clean and safe. Within walking distance (10 minutes) from nearly all the areas in Lille, including the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and quite a pleasant stay

Convenient, about 16 min walk from Lille Europe station and 10 min walk from Lille Flandres, and 15 min from Lille Grand Palais. Breakfast has a good variety of food, including cheese, brrad, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Staff are helpful and polite. However, the room lacks basic amenities like hot water flask, slippers, toiletries, cups, etc, though they are available at the hotel lobby. Some corners of the room have mould and were musty. The air conditioner was not cold enough (but this is understandable as it was about 25 to 28 deg C in the afternoon).

Lille for the weekend

Friendly helpful staff. Good location near the station but in a quiet area. Great selection of food & drink at the buffet breakfast. Also loved the large selection of local beers at yye hotel bar.

Friendly and well located hotel

Felt welcome on arrival, friendly and helpful staff gave advice on where to eat, etc. Grateful to be able to access room early. Clean room with excellent shower. Excellent choice of food at breakfast. Very convenient location for town centre and stations.

Excellente expérience. Hotel à 10mn à pied de la gare. Petit déjeuner type buffet inclus. Personnel très professionnel et serviable. Check-in possible dès 12h et comme j'étais arrivée plus tôt on m'a permis de me poser dans un espace de l'hotel pour travailler en attendant le check-in.

Hôtel devenant vétuste mais bien tenu

Accueil chaleureux et dynamique (Aline est très pro) Problème de télécommande tv rapidement résolu par son collègue du soir, réactif et avenant. La disposition des chambres est surprenante mais on s'y fait (supprimer la tête de lit très épaisse permettrait de mieux circuler) Salle pdj vaste et aérée, ce qui est plutôt rare. --- Mes suggestions de choses à corriger : > Remontées malodorantes des canalisations > Buffet pdj sans aucun yaourt, seul du fromage blanc excessivement liquide est proposé dans une jatte > Café long vraiment trop dilué > Ne pas autoriser les clients du pdj à sonoriser la salle avec leur smartphone sur haut parleur

Super séjour

Séjour parfait. Accueillis par Aline qui est une personne adorable et très sympathique, toujours à satisfaire le client. Le petit-déjeuner compris est un réel plus (très complet, horaires larges). Situation géographique parfaite pour visiter Lille. Petit bémol s’il doit y en avoir un, la taille de la salle de bain un peu étroite pour se tourner, mais taille de la chambre raisonnable. Je recommande !
