What's good: Serious hotel, friendly reception, good service, spacious room, clean bathroom. What's bad: The hotel is located near Lille-Flandres train station. The local area is not very clean. The area does not seem particularly safe, as municipal police officers, railway police officers, or heavily armed personnel in groups of seven to ten from a rapid response unit are almost constantly patrolling above the station.

My bedside light was broken, the button was loose and actually fell off. Also why no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, a basic level of service surely? No plug or USB point bedside, again i would expect this as standard in an Accor hotel.

A good standard hotel for our needs.External circumstances were that it was full of Euro hockey teams and they all took over the hotel and were very noisy.Their trainers were in the corridors and made a bad smell in the corridor which was unpleasant.

Goede ligging vlakbij stations. Kleine kamer maar goed bed en douche. Super ontbijtbuffet, gezellig restaurant. Tuinterras aan de straat. Helaas werd die opengebroken dus veel herrie. Pasje werkt hopeloos, moet overal, in lift, deur naar trappenhuis, kamer. Werkt soms pas na 8 x. Personeel bij check in onvriendelijk maar later wel behulpzaam. Kortom toch tevreden!

Hôtel confortable et propre, malgré une fréquentation qui était importante. Le parking indiqué est tout petit, de l'ordre de 10% de la taille de l'hôtel. En pratique, vous devrez certainement utiliser le parking de la Gare Flandres Est, qui est assez cher, de l'ordre de 26€ une journée.

Weekend trip in Lille

I came to Lille for weekend trip, the hotel is very closed to the train station. Everywhere is walkable. It’s quite value.

Great location! Just a couple minute walk away from the centre of Lille. Very clean hotel, daily housekeeping, really good breakfast and definitely a cozy feel in the lobby. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay there again. Parking is limited in the public street if you have a car because of outside construction on that block but once that’s done I’m sure it would be better.
