"Johan nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a bien répondu à nos demandes. Il nous a recommandé un nouveau restaurant grec à quelques minutes à pieds, qui s’est avéré un excellent choix! Nous étions bien couchés dans cette chambre toute neuve. Le buffet du déjeuner était sobre, mais on y a tout de même trouvé notre compte. Je vous recommande fortement cet établissement!"

"I have stayed at this property several times on visits to Austria. Easy choice for the area. Very nice historic/modern property in a quiet location next to a park. Superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, ample breakfast options (including special egg orders) and easy parking. Modern portion of hotel is air conditioned, while the older/traditional portion is not (some traditional rooms do list they are air conditioned on hotels.com but they are not)."

"Great location on the edge of downtown Melk so out of heavy traffic. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and enough to kickoff the day. Room as expected and due to high temperatures (>95°F), they had a cooling fan as well explained how to use the awnings to aid in cooling. Can't acknowledge that the staff was superb and attentive. Worth a visit"
