"I would consider this a high end hostel although I have no comparison as we usually stay in 4 star places but we we surprisingly pleased with this place. Although it was beside the airport it was ok as there were no night flights and we were out and about during the day Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and are continually modernizing A small fridge in the room would be great🇨🇦👍 "

While the view from my room was excellent, I was disappointed to be charged a fee for having a fellow traveler briefly visit to see the view. I was unaware of your guest visitation policy, and in my experience, such visits are typically not an issue at other establishments. Beyond the fee itself, I felt that the hospitality and etiquette shown by your staff during this interaction lacked the warmth that makes a guest feel welcome. "We loved our stay at Lula’s! The rooms and shared space were cleanly and beautiful. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious. The staff and owners are extremely kind. The whole environment was very welcoming. "

"The staff at Klika goes out of their way to assist in anyway possible. They are super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Is it loud yes! It’s a party hostel! The most known on the island. Across from filthy Friday, 2 steps from Vibe, and in the heart of town. I’m 56 stayed in their private room which had great AC and WiFi. Checked out today to visit other islands and they are, without charge holding my suitcase for me until I’m back for an additional 5 days. It’s quite amusing when you read the horrible reviews referring to the noise, customer service, and cleanliness. Some people book a bed in a hostel and expect a 5 star curated experience and then complain. Those reviews speak more about the people that wrote them than Klika’s. Don’t stay at a party hostel in the entertainment district of the island and complain about noise!! Alexandra and Anali in reception is a true professional and at the restaurant look out for Cappy, Alice, and the super sweet Nay. Big hugs to the amazing staff, Sonny from Miami "
