「One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was to have access to the fitness center. None of the fitness machines worked or was able to be turned on. The air conditioner was not able to be turn off. Awful. Bedroom smelled when you walked into the room, house keeping ran out of small towels. Bad experience.」

「Upon arrival we noticed a sign taped on the main door stating that the property can cancel reservations at their discretion. I was directed to a machine to check-in. While checking in the agent on the screen of the machine proceeded to tell me that the reservation was cancelled by Expedia. I never received any notification from the site. 「Parking was ok and I like the fact that they didn’t collect security deposit, but over all the place was dirty and smells disgusting. I had to get a can of air freshener to spray out the room everyday.」

「The room was very clean and housekeeping was prompt (upon request). The bathroom was very spacious. The front desk staff was very nice. We had breakfast and it was a nice set up and options for a continental breakfast.」

「I feel It’s ridiculous to pay for parking. I don’t believe you used to have to pay for parking and I think that should be rolled into the price. It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. I feel this is just a Money grab to an already inflated price on this hotel」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「We smelled smoke while in our room so we bought airspray. Also the area wasn’t all that safe with the motel 6 up the street and a those people hanging out in the street. Didn’t feel really secure.」
