「Pro: Das Personal war sehr gut, Check in lief reibungslos ab, Zimmer war sauber, Preis/Leistung stimmt fürs Hotel und das Essen im Diner. Contra: der Raucherbereich könnte windgeschützter und ein besseres Dach bzw Regenschutz haben. Die Preise bei den Automaten sind zum Teil etwas arg hoch angesetzt. Wenn man die Karte im Zimmer in den Schalter für Elektrik steckt, sollte nicht automatisch der Fernseher angehen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden und es war definitiv nicht der letzte...

「Super netter Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sehr gutes Frühstück mit guten Zutaten. Das Hotel ist ansonsten sehr, sehr modern und gut gelegen. Wir haben dort übernachtet, um am nächsten Tag einen Skitag in Winterberg zu verbringen. Vom Hotel aus ist es nur noch 45 Minuten zur skipiste.」

「The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Hotel rooms are above the restaurant so a bit noisy in the evening. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but an automatic machine at the end of the corridor. Supplies were short most days so couldn't make hot drink anyway. Restaurant is not open for breakfast so you need to go elsewhere for food. Still a young hotel with new owners. Hoping this review gives them some feedback on what is still needed.」
