"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional; they are the primary reason we will definitely return. The property is charming and the location is truly unbeatable. My only minor complaint is that housekeeping was a bit inconsistent—a dirty towel was left on the table, used cups were not replaced, and amenities like cotton swabs were not refilled."

Nice breakfast every morning, even a little gym which was awesome to use! Very near Termini station, which is super handy. "Nice property very close to the airport. Convenite for our early flight. Make sure if you use the shuttle to take the one that said Airport nobody told us that they were two shuttles."
