「the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed. the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good」

「Clean, safe, good shared kitchen, comfortable room with nice view of the city and countryside. Very close to everything. Only downside was weak wifi, but that's not a huge problem. 」

「Selina was an excellent place to stay! I LOVED IT! The location is great, just next to the main church and park. People in the front desk are all very kind. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I also have to mention that I loved the breakfasts there and the people serving the breakfast were also very polite. Can't wait to be back! 」

「Overall l, was a good stay at the property for my family and I. Some of the pros include the beautiful grounds, the pool and the awesome staff for breakfast and dinner! A few of the cons are that in our room the bathroom area was overrun with ants. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either, and on additional “nit” is that the front desk only allowed for two towels for our room…which was super inconvenient traveling with my spouse and 3 kids. I’m a consultant and have lived in hotels for a good chunk...

「Lovely hostel with great staff. We got the suite which is apart from the main building and has its own bathroom. A perfect little couples retreat! The bed was really comfortable too which can be hard to find!」

「I stayed one night at this hotel and its by far the best option in Riobamba. I had a great dinner with a few glasses of wine. The weather was fantastic. You enjoyed seating next to the firepit before going to bee! Very recomended! 」

「Excelente servicio, no les voy a hablar de lo que ya califique con estrellas, les voy a hablar de la calidad humana del servicio que recibí, durante mi estadía mi señora madre murió en mi país de origen y tuve que realizar una serie de tramites de forma remota, la ayuda prestada por el personal del hotel fue de las alta calidad humana y solidaria no tengo palabras para agradecerles, sin duda volveré a visitar este hotel y lo recomiendo sin duda lo disfrutaran.」
