Séjour d'affaires dans un hôtel de standing

Séjour de 10 jours dans le meilleur hôtel de Libreville. Les restaurants proposés sont convenables et le se vice en chambre super bien. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'autres alternatives de même standard car l'offre d'hébergement local est limitée.

I arrived at 5 am so had easted almost a day due to flight timings. I tried to negotiate a late checkout, again because of my return flight time, however there was no give and take and a flat no. The hotel was fine but some of the staff, especially the bar staff, were, on occasion, quite rude (with the exception of one guy who was awesome).

Mon sejour s'est bien passé. Ce que je regrette dans cet hotel c'est que les chambres sont tres sombres (3 petits spots). J'ai eu 2 mauvaises experiences avec le Room Service. Sinon, chambre propre, personnel sympa.

If you need help or if you have questions, the hotel answers after 1 week, when it is too late - or even not! I got no visa for gabun and they even didn't answer to my question if a change of date is possible! Terrible hotel! Never again!

I would like to thank the staff. I have there names and titles. Front Office: Jerzy, Valene, Andre were great and very helpful. I cannot forget the Restaurant Workers: Diane, Valerie and Sarah were very hospitable and nice. Barmen: Dominique, Malick made my orders very well. Franck the manager of the restaurant. Special shout out to Andre and Sarah because there were very helpful. I was here 2 weeks straight. Please give these people a raise because they were very professional. They made my stay so nice, I did not want to leave.

El hotel está nuevo pero cuando llegamos nos han comprado en efectivo ante de darnos las llaves y luego nos dan la noticia que en el hotel no había agua en los baños y así quedamos un día entero sin bañarse y salimos del hotel y todavía no llegó el agua .

Room was not ready at prescribed check-in time. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Fixtures in the room were falling apart. Lucky I had cash at checkout because they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t accept credit card for the city tax.

I have stayed here several times, but today I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM. It was impossible to check in before 3:00 PM unless I paid extra. They wanted an additional 8,000 per hour. I travel around 200 days a year, and this is the first time I’ve had to wait until 3:00 PM unless paying extra. First time I’ve experienced this. I would not choose this hotel if you are hoping to get check-in before 3:00 PM. Otherwise, the hotel is quite okay. The breakfast does not have as large a selection as Radisson Blu Hotel. The beds and rooms are perfectly decent.
