"Baseboards and light fixtures were covered in dust. The toilet paper was extremely rough. Bedding caused minor rashing and itching. The bed was extremely hard to the point we were more exhausted than when we arrived. Water was very hot which was a surprise but extremely hard, couldnt adjust shower head because of all the build up from the hard water. Alot of strange noises from the room heater. Fridge in room didnt work. Outlets on laps didnt work. Parking lot was plowed as best they could after a blizzard but additional salt would have been nice at the entrace as it was a sheet of ice when we left this morning. We checked in late and easily and checked out early due to family in hospital."

"the motel smelled . no smoking allowed but you could smell . trash outside was over flowing and customer service was really poor i had to talk to someone on like a video call. he wasn't even on property would not rent a room here if it was the only motel ever"

"I would only give it a 3 star rating, due to not being able to use the pool, because it was closed on 3/15/26. This would have been so refreshing."

"Needs updating. The doors to the room are flimsy so the rooms can easily be broken into. The only choices for breakfast are cereal and waffles so plan to eat at the Cracker Barrel next door. "

"No shuttle to casino. Cold air blowing out of unit under window. No shut off. Cold shower and door wouldnt latch by itself."

"Very very nice property. Staff was super friendly, rooms were spotless. Oh the coffee! The breakfast was out of this world good. Would stay again 100%"
