Great value for money

A bit worn out and the beds are too soft. But the location is fantastic and the Art Nouveau lift alone is worth the stay :-) The breakfast is average but correct value for the money. Super friendly and helpful staff, from night receptionist to cleaning ladies.

Mycket bra läge. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bodde här i samband med skidloppet Jizerska 50 och frukosttiderna var anpassade för att passa gäster som skulle delta i loppet, vilket underlättade mycket.

Die Lage ist schon gut aber nichts für größere Fahrzeuge. In diesem Moment wären Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache seitens des Personals von Vorteil vor allem in einem Hotel das wesentlich mehr deutsche als englische Gäste beherbergt. Das Hotelrestaurant war geschlossen und ich musste anderweitig speisen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und der Straßenverkehr raubt einem den Schlaf. Positiv erwähnen kann ich den alten noch funktionierenden Aufzug. Ich persönlich suche mir für einen nächsten Besuch der Region ein anderes Hotel. Mit freundlichen Grüßen C.Becker

This is my second time staying here. Great smooth check- in. Nice young woman was helpful. The elevator helped. The parking was directly out back behind the hotel. Good Wifi. Room was up on a upper floor but on a noisy traffic corner of the street below. Great Great central location. Room was a little small, bathroom was OK. However I would stay here again for it"s location. Dan

Pokoj s vyhledem do rušné křižovatky není uplne dobra volba, tak od 6 hodin rano se neda spat,pokud mate otevrena okna kvuli projizdejicim autum, sanitkam, atd..rovněž koberce v pokojích jsou plne prachu, pro alergika utrpení..snídaně jsou ale dobré a rovněž slečny na recepci milé..na pokoji jsme postradali malou chladničku
