Very musty smelling, shower floor broken and leaking and moldy, general run down room with exposed wiring and pipes. Ok for 2 guys to just sleep and go. Not for a family.

We loved the option of a room with 4 different beds for the family! That way the 5th one didn't have to sleep on the floor. The beds were plenty comfy and everything was clean enough. It was easy and convenient and good for a simple night's sleep, arriving late and leaving in the morning. I appreciated how even at a small place like this, we were able to check in at midnight.

Clean room!

The room was clean, the only issue we had was at check in the clerk wanted my pin when trying to get payment from my card. I refused so she used the tap and pay feature. Check out was easy. The Applebees in town was amazing.

They gave my room to someone else

Showed up to check in and they told me they didn’t have the room, someone else had it. I told them I had a reservation and they said they gave it to someone else. The people who were there decided to stay another day. She said her friend down the road had another family room. We went There, less beds, smelled like cigarette smoke, ended up driving to Guymon and spending an extra $50 for a room. You can’t do this to people, we make reservations for a reason! So we don’t have to spend time trying to find a place to sleep when we couldn’t doing other things

I WOULD NOT stay here again.

Well we booked the family room and arrived at the hotel late at night to be told they had given it to someone else. They did give us a room with two queen beds but that doesn’t quite work for five people. Next time we will pay the extra to go somewhere that won’t give away our room, especially when traveling with five people. We didn’t even have five pillow left in the room.

Simple , clean , easy to park my truck and trailer . Wonderful mattress and pillows and shower . If you are traveling and just need a place to stop and sleep this is it . Microwave and fridge was a bonus . You can’t beat it for the price , I was very pleased .

Room "unavailable"

We got there and the lady nonchalantly told us our room was unavailable (we booked a room with 3 doubles and a twin). I told her we then needed 2 rooms for the same price as what we booked. She just stared at me for awhile. She then told me she could get us one room with two queens and one room with one Queen for the same price. I told her that I needed to have four beds because we were traveling with three teenagers and they don't sleep together. She said she only had one room with two beds. I hadn't given a credit card yet so I think she noticed I was going to leave. At that point she did inform me that she did have a room with two beds - one was a double bed with a twin bed in the room. I told her we would take that. So at least all of my kids had beds. Unfortunately, we weren't able to be right next to each other. The hotel room was clean but stinky. No air on so it was hot. We got it running but it took awhile to cool off. After reading other reviews I wouldn't book this hotel any way other than calling directly. She told me that when I booked she "forgot" to make a note that the family room was booked and so gave it away to a different family. AND I still had to pay $10 more for my two rooms because of her mix-up. I know it's only $10 but that's not the point. I wouldn't have done it except for it was already after midnight when we pulled in and we were exhausted!

It's a cheap 2 star motel that provides everything you need. It's clean, safe, very convenient location and I will definitely stay here again.

No frills accomodations

Basic decent night's rest. Owners onsite, small hotel. Budget remodel in last couple years so slight step above others. Local restaurants nearby.
