「Some pros: great brunch; affordable rates; great restaurant; excellent sauna; close to transit. cons: awful wifi - almost to the point we couldn’t use it; hidden fees ($10 euro per day for spa - and terrible tracking and transparency); limited English with staff (chat GPT and my broken Czech helped); some older spa staff rude (young staff were great) and made us feel unwelcome and stupid.」

「Checkin war enttäuschen - angeblich automatisiert via Computer, klappte aber nicht. Mögliche Anfrage zur früheren Anreise war nicht möglich. Zimmer war gut, mit schöner grossen King-Size Matratze. Was aber Grund für die schlechte Bewertung war, daß sich das Zimmer nicht wirklich verdunkeln ließ und man durch die Sonnenstrahlen um 5 Uhr in der Früh aufgeweckt wurde - das ging gar nicht. Leider ist das Hotel, wie vieles in dem Ort, nicht auf nicht tschechischsprachige Reisende eingerichtet:...

The air quality is exceptional, and the room is notably comfortable, particularly the mattress, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, guests have access to a kettle for boiling water for tea. However, the self-service registration process could be enhanced. With the presence of staff to aid guests in check-in and escort them to their rooms will be better.」

「New hotel, so overall well kept and clean. Breakfast was good and included. Only thing to note, there is no elevator, and if you are unlucky like us and placed on the 5th floor, you will need to climb a lot of stairs! No AC either, only one fan, so at times was stuffy in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.」
