「The microwave oven door would not open after placing dinner into it, to heat up. It took two full days to get the microwave replaced. Meal unrecoverable. All other characteristics were quite satisfactory. Staff was great!」

「The hotel was quite and the office staff was very polite. The room attendants could use a thorough training on how to properly do room turns. The hot water setting tank could be set at a much more comfortable level ( not hot enough ). I don't have any other complaints. The location is nice and is in walking distance of great food and other stored incase you forgot to pack something.」

「My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating...

「Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.」
