This hotel's location is excellent. It is close to malls, restaurants and stores. 24 hour coffee and tea was a bonus. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast so I can't comment. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the kitchen was nice, however we didn't use it. Be aware that the hotel is RIGHT next to a major railway. The trains run 24 hours a day and the engines are VERY LOUD. No way to get a full night's sleep. Our room was full of flies and the hotel didn't have a fly swatter, so we had to use a towel to try and kill them. Not sure where the infestation came from, but every day there were 10 - 15 more. Our toilet quit working in the middle of one night. We didn't call maintenance until the morning, and by the time we returned the next evening, it was fixed. It's too bad the hotel is so close to the train tracks, it knocks my rating down. I'm sure the fly issue was limited to the room we were in and the toilet issue can happen anywhere. I can overlook them, but you can't change rooms to get away from the train noise.

When I booked the room, I wasn't aware that the hotel was under construction, so there was a lot of dust and paint smell in the air. The room itself was fine, but I didn't try to go use the gym room or the pool area due to the construction.

Under construction. Place is tore up. They are remodeling and was not informed about it. Side doors propped open all night so anyone could get in. Tv was awful. House phone was completely dead had to call the front desk on cell phone. I told them checking in I would pay cash checking out and they charged my card already when I went to check out. Nothing offered for compensation. Every area of the hotel was tore up. Jack hammering up tile. They should have closed the place instead of taking or robbing people of their money. Never again.
