Clean room. Noisy hotel. Could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in neighboring rooms, both above and below and beside. We stay in Hilton properties a lot but I don’t think I would stay in a Spark anymore. I will head to the TRU next trip.

The staff at this hotel was very nice and friendly, and the room itself was comfortable. However, our experience was affected by several issues. We arrived close to midnight and had to kill over ten stink bugs in the room before we could settle in, which was very unpleasant after a long day of travel. Additionally, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom that had not been replaced, and in the shower, there was toilet paper covering a hole in the ceiling, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. While the comfort of the room and the kindness of the staff were appreciated, these problems significantly impacted our overall stay.

Super noisy. Doors don’t just close, they slam shut. Doors to separate rooms from elevators…heavy slam for everyone. Acoustics bad…noisy footfall…sounds like a lot of clunking…maybe suitcases, but constant. No seating area to relax. No pool. No workout area. Really just like a motel with a hotel price. Won’t be staying there again. Good points…appears to be a newer hotel so pretty clean. Staff is friendly and kind.

The breakfast could have better choices (other eggs options, waffles, bacon or sausage, yogurt, etc) the $75 per pet is very expensive just for toy dogs sizes, should be different fee depending the size. All other than that is excellent
