Very, very good price for a night In LEXINGTON where they had multiple sites of entertainment. The area was perfect. The room was clean and I really enjoyed it.

Front desk staff was good. Had two accessible rooms. Bathtubs are regular tubs with grab handles and a chair. One room smelled like a wet dog. The other the tub drain barely drained. Rooms weren’t well cleaned. Last day guy knocks on door telling us we were late leaving. He said it’s 11:15. It was 10:45. Only reason we didn’t find somewhere else is these were the only two accessible rooms in the area available at the time. I will not stay here again and I highly recommend you don’t either.

So I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment based on a couple good reviews I read. Had I driven around the property before I booked it I would not have stayed there...The girl working at the desk was very nice and the service was great as for checking in but there are many transient people just hanging around inside and outside and pretty much everybody looks like they're on drugs of some sort. I left at 5:00 in the morning and I'm pretty sure all the people I saw on my way to the car we're still up partying from the night before.

Needs some love

The staff was amazing! Couldn't say anything bad about the lady's. The inside over all could use a deep cleaning and or upgrade. Some mold in the bathrooms. Now the outside needs to be cleaned alot! Trash every where full trash cans not changed in the 6days we stayed there. The pool was very clean but around the pool not so cleaned. Not enough parking due to the people that "live" there having broken cars or multiple cars. Other then that i would stay there again.

I didnt get my refund or a credit for nxt trip due to regulations, and it was fine but got hit with the hotel under renovation. Not all bad, tho . My daughter not getting shipped out untill July so, thanks for the stay.

Bates motel (red roof inn)

Bathtub had black mold, cigarette burn on toilet seat which you could still smell, shopping carts everywhere, room had poor renovations done by maybe a 5 year old. But great location right next to the huge mega sex store across the street!
