Seaport Inn was very inconvenient. There were items inside that room that were filthy dirty, which was a coffee maker. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper on next to an empty roll toilet paper. The room was doll and then G not a welcoming atmosphere no one at the front desk it look like it had been abandoned. I had to go across to the main building, which is the Hells canyon hotel to check in because the front doors were locked. It look like there was no one there, and then I got the keys and even the customer service was not very well taken. No smiles. I left went to the room it was just was not appropriately what I thought it would be and then I had to extend my stay on Sunday because my husband got sick and so I when I went over to register for the next day I told the receptionist that I needed fresh towels that was like 11 but that wasn’t even 11 o’clock. It was 10 o’clock , she said she’d have somebody bring some towels over I waited I waited. I waited in it I think eight 830 I called the desk again and finally somebody brought towels over but nowhere to be found. I am a disabled person. I have a hard time walking it was from the building I was staying into the building I had to go to that was 200 to 200 feet which isn’t that big of a deal but it’s inconvenient snowCoffee in this and the entryway. One of the machines were broken down, but they had snacks in it which I didn’t need but the fact remains , it was just a terrible experience
