「Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 」

「Fantastic, greeted with milk in the fridge and fresh eggs, Lovely host who was so freindly, full of local knowledge and advice on things to do. The cottage absolutely beautiful with log fire (although we didnt use it as the place was so toasty and warm). Quality throughout, everything you could need for a holiday, shops 10 minutes away by car, lovely countryside with loads to do, easy drive to Scarborough, Filey and York. 「Our overall stay was fabulous, such a lovely and cosy bungalow. Great area for walking our little dog with a patio doors to the garden area. Even had peacocks come to visit us! Very warm and had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend. 」

「This is a cosy cottage in a lovely quiet location. There is a private courtyard with outdoor seating where we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine after a walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided us with information on walks, grocery shops, places to eat etc. I would definitely recommend going to this cottage.」

「Bathroom really small hand basin no cold water bed was lumpy sofo was broken narrow stairwell thought i had asked for easy access no where to sit outside awkward access into property my girlfriend struggled to get in and struggled upstairs and water pipes running across top of a plug socket」
